News and Diary 2010
29th November.... Flydon Llwy Pwdin and Flydon Llwy De were both 5th in their respective classes at the Royal Welsh Winter Fair. A nice end to the show season, albeit the first time ever we have shown in snow!
21st November.... Flydon Llwy Pwdin was 2nd at the British National foal show.
14th November.... Flydon Llwy De was 1st at the Midland youngstock medal show
2nd November .... Flydon Gwichyn has been sold to Germany! We wish his new owners lots of success and happiness with this lovely young stallion.

Meanwhile at Dumfries Show in Scotland, Cromagtir Devi (By Flydon Hiwmor) was 1st and Champion and her filly foal by Flydon Hapus ap Henri was 1st in the foal class. Well done Kevin and Lesley.
4th June.... Flydon Gwichyn was 4th at the Royal Bath and West Silver medal show today.

29th May .... West Mercia Bronze medal show. On an extremely wet day! both Flydon Hudol and Flydon Gwichyn were awarded first prize in their respective classes
21st May .... Devon County Show. We made the long trek to Devon with our 4 year old barren mare Flydon Hudol and were 3rd and highest placed barren in the large mare class
1st May.... It never rains but it pours! To lose two mares within a week is a real blow. Sadly Flydon Seren Arian has departed. Arian has been one of our best mares, not only winning numerous championships and standing in the top 6 at the Royal Welsh on 4 occasions as a mare, she also bred us our first Royal Welsh winner, Flydon Arian Byw. We are extremely lucky to have 5 young daughters from this mare.

26th April.... We sadly had to have Flydon Seren Aur put down just days before foaling. Luckily we have 4 daughters from Seren Aur.

11th April .... Flydon Gwichyn (Flydon Wyn x Flydon Pipsqueak) was 1st in the 3 year old colt class at the Midland Association Spring Bronze Medal Show.
Flydon Wyn achieved 30 points in the in-hand sire ratings for 2009, placing him alongside his sire, Nerwyn Cadno. Sadly due to human error this has been omitted from the WPCS journal.
3rd January....Finally, after many delays, Flydon Llwy Bren arrives at his new home in Australia, looking none the worse for his epic journey, in fact looking a lot slimmer than when he left! We wish the Gray family lots of beautiful offspring from this promising young stallion!
